Inner Child Healing
Anxiety often has roots in earlier emotional experiences. Through gentle inner-child work, we release unresolved emotional wounds, restore a sense of safety, and build self-trust, allowing deep emotional healing and relief from long-held anxiety patterns.

3 Root Cause Hypnosis Sessions
Rather than managing symptoms, we work to uncover and resolve the underlying causes of your anxiety often formed through past experiences, beliefs, or emotional patterns stored in the subconscious. By addressing the root, your nervous system can finally shift out of survival mode and into lasting calm.

3 Measurable Coaching Mindset Sessions
